Miyuki Nishimura has been practicing law for 18 years. She has focused solely on family law cases and has the knowledge and expertise to handle cases concerning divorces, child custody, child support, spousal support, paternity, community property division, legal separation, domestic violence, pre and post nuptial agreements.

She has a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of New Hampshire. She is a licensed attorney in California, Michigan and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Japanese American Bar Association and the Bar of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

She was born and raised in Japan. She is fluent in both English and Japanese.
